A feature of the new 1948 Indian "Chief" motorcycle pointed out by Henry Stroud, Sales manager of the Indian Motocycle Export Corporation evokes a pleased smile from Nazim Chinoy, Bombay distributor for Indian motorcycles, at the recent introduction of the 1948 Indian  line in New York. The machine pictured here is the deluxe "Roadmaster" model, which comes elaborately trimmed in chrome and equipped spot lights, saddle bags, two passenger "Chum-Me-Seat", and many other accessories.
